Time goes by fast and here we are again: celebrating the completion of our 16th six-month policy training with another powerful group of leaders ready to create positive change in our region as commissioners in local government.
These 16 leaders have demonstrated a strong commitment to their communities by participating in all-day Saturday sessions, weeknight meetings, ongoing homework assignments, and monthly webinars. They’ve learned about and practiced the skills needed to work an inside/outside strategy. It’s very exciting to witness their growth and enthusiasm!
The keynote speaker at the ceremony will be Juthaporn Chaloeicheep, a 2021 BCLI alumna. Juthaporn serves on San Francisco’s Health Plan Board of Directors and is currently working to earn her Masters in Public Health.
There’s much to celebrate. This is a family-friendly event. Kids welcome!
